About the Digital Marketing Internship
Most digital marketing courses teach you theory you forget in a week. This is the opposite. You spend two months inside a working Dehradun agency, on real client accounts, learning the way we actually learned: by doing the work, getting it wrong, and fixing it with someone experienced sitting next to you.
You will be mentored directly by our founder Pankaj Singh and the team. By the end you will have hands-on experience you can show an employer, not just a certificate. We especially welcome students, fresh graduates, and women restarting their careers.

Eligibility for the digital marketing internship
This is the in-office programme in Dehradun. The three remote roles further down have their own criteria.

All you need is a laptop, wifi and a mountain
Separate from the in-office programme above, these three roles are fully remote and open to anyone in Uttarakhand. You do not have to move to Dehradun for them. If you have a laptop and a connection that holds, you can do the job from your own town.
Talent in the hills has always had to leave to find work like this. Almora, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Champawat, Pauri, Tehri, Uttarkashi, Chamoli. People go to Dehradun or Delhi for a start in digital, and most of them never come back. We would rather hire you where you already are.
We run on WhatsApp, video calls and shared documents, the same way we work with clients in other cities. Nobody is counting your hours at a desk. What counts is that you join the calls, hit the deadlines, and do the work properly.
A laptop
Anything that runs your editing or design software comfortably. If yours cannot handle video work, say so when you apply and we will sort something out rather than rule you out.
A connection that holds
Broadband or a decent 4G signal. Enough to sit through a video call and upload your work without it turning into an ordeal.
A mountain
Strictly optional. But if you are going to work from home, you may as well do it somewhere with a view most people spend their holidays trying to reach.

- Build target lists of link building opportunities, and check every site on Domain Authority, Page Authority, spam score, organic traffic and topical relevance before it goes on the list
- Business directory listings and local citations, with the name, address and phone identical everywhere
- Social bookmarking, profile creation on forums and tool directories, and Web 2.0 properties kept alive with real content
- Article submission, plus document, image and video sharing on SlideShare, Issuu, Scribd, Pinterest and YouTube
- Guest blogging end to end: finding the publication, pitching the topic, coordinating the article, placing the link
- Answering properly on forums and Quora, rather than dropping links and running
- Broken link building, resource page link building, and closing the gap on backlinks our competitors already have
- Logging every placement in our backlink tracker with anchor, type, metrics and status, plus a short written summary each week

What you will actually do
- Turn raw client footage into 15 to 45 second vertical cuts
- Build the hook into the first two seconds, because that is where the audience is won or lost
- Burn in captions and subtitles, since most of the audience watches on mute
- Pick music and sound, keep up with what is trending, and stay on the right side of licensing
- Basic motion graphics: animated text, transitions, lower thirds, simple logo stings
- Colour correction and audio cleanup, so footage shot on a phone still looks deliberate
- Export to the right preset for each platform and deliver in batches against a content calendar
- Read the retention graph after posting, and change the next edit because of what it says

- Social media creatives: static posts, carousels and story frames, on a weekly calendar

- Print work: brochures, flyers, standees and visiting cards, set up properly for the printer
- Website assets: banners, icons and hero images, compressed so pages stay fast
- Working inside each client's brand guidelines, and saying so when a request breaks them
- Keeping source files tidy, and handing over both the working file and the exports
